Cause of the problem: Please check whether the junction box is soaked in water, flooded, or damp.

2. Problem: Inaccurate weighing and angular difference of electronic weighing scale
Cause of the problem: This phenomenon is often caused by the deviation and tilt of the underground sensor line of the scale platform, or the invasion of debris into the scale body, which makes it support the steel plate of the scale body, resulting in the collapse, and even worse, the screws on both sides are completely supported by the wall. This is often caused by excessive use. The screws loosen after a long time, which the naked eye can see. It can be eliminated after discovery.
If there is no such phenomenon, the sensor itself is often damaged. You can use a multimeter to test the resistance of the Fuyang scale sensor and compare it with other normal sensor resistances to determine whether the sensor is damaged.
If the sensor has only a small range of resistance changes, you can adjust the foot difference by debugging the adjustable resistor in the junction box. If the resistance changes too much, you may need to replace the sensor.

3. Problem: When the electronic scale cannot weigh or return to zero
Cause of the problem: We need to check the circuit to see if there is a problem with the circuit, such as whether the circuit is broken, damaged, aged, etc., resulting in damage, resulting in poor contact; there are also things that are easy to cause poor contact, such as whether the solder joints fall off, whether the main line of the sensor in the junction box is loose.

Fault analysis:
First, check the external environment to see if there is any debris and whether the limit is too small. After everything is good, unplug the signal line plug behind the meter and connect the simulator, the meter works normally. This means that there is no problem with the meter, and the fault is in the scale body. Check the signal line plug and the connectors in the junction box. It is suspected that the fault is in the weighing sensor. The impedance output voltage is normal, so the detachment method is used to open the junction box and detach the connection wires of sensors 1-6 one by one. When the sensor angle 3 is detached, it is found that the angle sensor is broken. After replacing the sensor, the scale returns to normal.
